Artissima è la principale fiera d’arte contemporanea in Italia. Sin dalla sua fondazione nel 1994, unisce la presenza nel mercato internazionale a una grande attenzione per la sperimentazione e la ricerca.
Alla fiera partecipano ogni anno gallerie da tutto il mondo. In aggiunta alle 4 sezioni consolidate (Main Section, Monologue/Dialogue, New Entries, Art Spaces & Editions), Artissima si compone di 3 sezioni curate dirette da board di curatori e direttori di musei internazionali, dedicate agli artisti emergenti (Present Future), alla riscoperta dei pionieri dell’arte contemporanea (Back to the Future) e al disegno (Disegni).
La fiera è curata da Artissima srl, società che afferisce alla Fondazione Torino Musei.
Artissima is Italy’s most important contemporary art fair. Since its establishment in 1994, it has combined the presence of an international market with a focus on experimentation and research.
Galleries from around the world participate every year. In addition to the 4 flaghisp sections (Main Section, Monologue/Dialogue, New Entries, Art Spaces & Editions), Artissima is also composed of 3 curated sections, headed by a board of international curators and museum directors, devoted to emerging artists (Present Future), to the rediscovery of the pioneers of contemporary art (Back to the Future) and to the drawing (Disegni).
The fair is curated by Artissima Srl, a company connected with the Fondazione Torino Musei.
